We want you to be fully satisfied with your Craighill purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we accept returns and exchanges on all unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original Craighill box and outer shipping carton to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
